Provisional Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be pleased with your purchase of a Photon Genie. Once you receive your Instrument you have thirty days to evaluate and decide if you wish to return it. You must let us know of your intentions to return the Instrument in writing within the thirty day period. If so we will issue you a future purchase credit or a refund equal to the value of the returned Instrument, shipping and handling fees excluded and provided the Instrument shows no sign of damage, wear or abuse. All we ask is that the Photon Genie be returned to the Skilling Institute in the same "like new" condition as it was when you received the Instrument. Those found to have excessive wear or obvious abuse will be charged a minimum of 20% as a restocking fee or the item will be refused at our option. There will be a $500 restocking fee for any Photon Genie returned to the Skilling Institute in the same "like new" condition as it was when you received the Instrument.

All REFUND REQUESTS must be made by the original purchaser and owner of the equipment. REFUNDS WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER CHARGES INCURRED BY CUSTOMER SUCH AS DAMAGE REPAIRS NOT COVERED BY ORIGINAL WARRANTY, EXTRA PARTS PURCHASED AND NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY, ACCESSORIES, MARKETING MATERIALS, AND ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES INCURRED BY CUSTOMER.
